1. Our intellectual property

The NxThing and NxShift platforms, and related NxThing products, and all associated software, source code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the names "NxThing", "NxShift", "NxSkillz", and the "Nx" family of marks, are the exclusive property of NxThing and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. © NxThing. All rights reserved.

2. Trademarks

The NxThing marks may not be used without our prior written permission in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or that disparages or discredits NxThing. You may not adopt marks, logos, or domain names confusingly similar to ours. All goodwill from use of the marks inures to NxThing.

3. Merchant & user content

Businesses and users retain ownership of content they upload (menus, photos, business names, descriptions). You represent that you own or are licensed to use that content and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright or trademark. You grant NxThing a limited license to host and display it to operate the Services.

4. Respect for others' rights

Do not upload, sell, or display content, product images, logos, or names that infringe another party's copyright or trademark. Counterfeit or infringing listings are prohibited and may be removed.

5. DMCA — reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

6. Counter-notice & repeat infringers

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Agent. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Trademark complaints

To report trademark misuse on the Services, contact legal@nxthing.online with proof of your rights and identification of the material at issue.
